As you know, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requires that employers help protect employees from workplace hazards through engineering controls, hazard assessments and providing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

But, the responsibility doesn't just lie with the employer. It is up to the employee to wear their PPE and care for, clean, and maintain it.
